Our food pantry is growing rapidly, and we're looking for friendly, compassionate volunteers who enjoy helping others.

Our pantry does more than provide groceries. We help individuals and families stretch their budgets, reduce financial stress, and find a little breathing room during challenging times.

Volunteer Opportunities Include:

• Welcoming Shoppers: Greet visitors, explain how our pantry works, answer questions, and create a warm, supportive environment.
• Shopper Registration & Intake: Help new shoppers complete registration and assist returning shoppers with reviewing and updating their information.
• Shopping Assistance: Guide shoppers through the pantry, answer questions, listen, encourage, and offer a helping hand.
• Checkout & Bagging: Scan grocery items and assist shoppers with bagging their selections.
• Administrative Support: Answer phones, make calls, write thank-you notes, and assist with special projects.
• Shopping & Pickup Orders: Help prepare grocery orders for individuals who arrange pickup.
• Homebound Deliveries: Help bring groceries to individuals who cannot visit the pantry.
• Donations & Pantry Organization: Assist with sorting donations, light stocking, organizing shelves, and preparing the pantry for shoppers.

You do not need to perform all these activities! We focus on what you enjoy doing and what you're comfortable with.

Whether you prefer interacting with shoppers, helping behind the scenes, making phone calls, or assisting with occasional projects, we have meaningful opportunities available.

No heavy lifting is required for most volunteer roles, and schedules are flexible.

Our shoppers deserve to be treated with dignity, kindness, and respect. Volunteers are essential to helping us provide that experience.
