Board Membership Opportunity

🚀 FwdProgress is Growing – and We’re Looking for Leaders!

For 13 years, FwdProgress has been empowering San Antonio’s creative dreamers to become authentic artists through mentorship, training, and storytelling. From the A.I.M. Project to Dream2Screen to our flagship Eastside Youth Content Creators Program (EYCCP), we’ve built a movement that transforms lives and amplifies young voices.

Now, we’re ready for the next chapter — and we’re searching for 7 committed board members to join us.

🔑 We’re seeking leaders with experience in:

• Nonprofit management or board service
• Grant writing, fundraising, or finance
• Fine arts, entertainment, or marketing
• Volunteer coordination or organizational development
• Or other technical expertise that could strengthen our mission

✨ What we ask:

• Up to 15 hours/month OR a dedicated financial contribution
• 2-year term commitment
• Compassion, empathy, and dedication to youth empowerment
• Willingness to meet virtually and in-person
