    Descripción

    Overview:

    Feel the Beat is seeking a volunteer with experience in paid social media advertising to help us strengthen our outreach and fundraising efforts. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys analyzing data, refining audiences, and shaping effective ad strategies—without needing to manage daily posting or organic content. You’ll work collaboratively with our team to offer insights and recommendations that elevate our paid digital presence.

    Responsibilities:

    • Review our current social media ads (Meta, YouTube, or others depending on experience) and identify opportunities for improvement
    • Recommend audience targeting approaches to reach families, community partners, donors, and potential program participants
    • Suggest ad formats, messaging angles, and creative ideas that align with our brand
    • Analyze basic ad performance (CPC, CTR, reach, frequency) and provide insights the team can act on
    • Help our team understand best practices for nonprofit advertising, retargeting, and budget allocation
    • Offer guidance on testing strategies (A/B tests, creative variations, copy tweaks)

    Ideal Skills:

    • Experience with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, YouTube Ads, or similar platforms
    • Understanding of paid social strategies, audience segmentation, and analytics
    • Ability to translate data into clear, actionable recommendations
    • Familiarity with nonprofit or mission-driven marketing is a plus
