Key Responsibilities
1. Content Creation & Publishing
Create and post content consistently (Instagram, TikTok, WhatsApp)
Turn teachings, conversations, and moments into simple, relatable posts
Write captions that reflect the voice and values of the ministry
Community Engagement
Respond to comments and messages where appropriate
Engage with followers to build a sense of community
Help make the page feel active, welcoming, and relevant
4. Growth & Visibility
Suggest simple ideas to increase reach and engagement
Stay aware of trends relevant to teens and adapt them appropriately
