Youth Achieving Moral Maturity (YAMM) is seeking a Remote Volunteer Microsoft Ads Specialist to help drive our mission of empowering youth through education, mentorship, and skill-building. This role is perfect for someone passionate about digital marketing who wants to use their expertise to make a real impact.

As our Microsoft Ads Specialist, you will play a key role in expanding awareness, engaging the public, attracting new audiences, and generating leads that grow YAMM’s reach and participation. You’ll support marketing strategy while ensuring campaigns align with our mission and values.

• Create, manage, and optimize Microsoft Ads campaigns to increase reach and engagement.

• Research and identify target audiences to guide campaign strategy.

• Develop innovative ways to reach youth, parents, and community partners through digital and local outreach.

• Analyze campaign data to track performance and adjust for growth and cost-effectiveness.

• Collaborate with the marketing team to align ads with social media, email, and offline efforts.

• Research competitors and market trends to strengthen campaign strategy.

• Provide input on ad copy, creative assets, and messaging to ensure brand consistency.

• Share reports and insights with YAMM leadership to inform future marketing initiatives.

• Experience running Microsoft Ads (required); Google Ads experience a plus.

• Strong skills in digital marketing, analytics, and campaign optimization.

• Ability to research audiences, trends, and competitor strategies.

• Solid communication and writing skills for ad copy and content review.

• A collaborative mindset with the ability to work remotely and independently.
