About A&N Career Services Project
The A&N Career Services Project is a workforce and career mobility initiative expanding access to opportunity for individuals navigating career transitions, workforce re-entry, and professional growth.
We believe talent exists across every community, yet access to guidance, networks, and equitable career pathways is often uneven. Our programs are designed to meet people where they are, providing structured, human-centered support that strengthens skills, confidence, and long-term economic mobility.
Through career coaching, professional development programming, employer-informed learning opportunities, and cross-sector collaboration, we equip participants with practical tools aligned to real workforce demand across metropolitan markets, including Atlanta and Chicago.
The A&N Career Services Project operates through a fiscally sponsored structure that provides administrative oversight and compliance infrastructure. We collaborate with professionals, advisors, partners, and volunteers to design and deliver workforce initiatives grounded in accountability, strategic alignment, and measurable impact.
We are currently in a pre-implementation growth phase, building the internal infrastructure necessary to launch pilot cohorts and scale responsibly.
Role Overview
The Impact & Evaluation Specialist (Volunteer) will design the foundational measurement and evaluation framework for the A&N Career Services Project during its pre-launch and pilot development phase.

Instead, this position is responsible for designing clean, scalable templates and defining the metrics that future cohorts will track.
This role works closely with the Grant Strategy Lead, Institutional Grant Writers, Market Development Leads (Atlanta, Chicago, and Virtual), and future program leadership to ensure alignment between impact goals and operational systems.
