• Brighten Days: Deliver flowers and patient mail, spreading joy and smiles.
• Be a Helping Hand: Transport and escort visitors and patients who are functionally independent, ensuring they reach their destinations safely.
• Tech-Savvy Assistance: Help visitors locate patients using the computer, making their visit seamless.
• Information Guru: Assist patients in navigating to the kiosk or registration desk, providing clear and helpful guidance.
• Vendor Guide: Direct vendors to their destinations, keeping operations smooth.
• Emergency Ready: Understand emergency codes and respond appropriately, ensuring safety for all.
• Team Collaboration: Work with staff to create a safe and compassionate environment, embodying Corewell Health Lakeland’s mission, vision, and values.
