Would you like to be the best part of someone’s day?We need volunteers to visit our hospice patients.This is solely for companionship purposes; no patient care is required or even permitted.Ways you can help include visiting with the patient, holding their hand, watching TV with them, reading to them, playing music, looking through a photo album, or helping them create one.The list is endless.There is an extensive vetting and training process, but it is so worth it.Volunteers are the heart of hospices, and our patients at Cura-HPC are amazing!This would take place in the patient's home or at one of our partnering facilities.
