Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop Marketing Strategies: Create and implement comprehensive marketing plans to increase awareness of Womenful Voice and its programs.
2. Social Media Management: Oversee all social media platforms, crafting engaging content and managing community interactions to build a strong online presence.
3. Content Creation: Produce high-quality content for newsletters, blogs, and promotional materials that resonate with our target audience.
4. Collaboration: Work closely with the leadership team and other volunteers to ensure marketing efforts align with organizational goals and events.
5. Market Research: Conduct research to identify trends and audience insights, adjusting marketing strategies accordingly to maximize outreach and effectiveness.
6. Event Promotion: Assist in promoting events and workshops through various channels, aiming to achieve high participation rates.
7. Monitoring and Reporting: Track the success of marketing campaigns and prepare reports, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
8. Networking: Build and maintain relationships with media outlets, local businesses, and community organizations to foster partnerships and enhance visibility.
