Position Overview: We are currently seeking passionate Volunteer Career Coaches to provide virtual coaching and career development services. This role is ideal for professionals, retirees, HR specialists, or career development enthusiasts looking to give back through remote, flexible volunteering.

What You’ll Do:

• Conduct virtual 1:1 coaching sessions via Zoom or phone.
• Guide clients in resume writing, cover letters, job applications, and interview preparation.
• Help clients set realistic career goals and create action plans.
• Provide mentorship and encouragement throughout their job search journey.
• Maintain basic documentation of sessions and client progress.
• Collaborate with other volunteers to share strategies and resources

Who You Are:

• Passionate about helping others reach their career goals.
• Experienced in career coaching, HR, workforce development, recruiting, education, or a related field (preferred, not required).
• A great communicator with empathy and active listening skills.
• Tech-savvy and comfortable using email, Zoom, and Google Workspace.
• Self-motivated, reliable, and respectful of confidentiality.
• At least 18 years of age or older
