Become a Holiday Foster for an Animal Survivor of Domestic Violence

Ahimsa House needs your help more than ever to continue meeting the current demand for our services. Take in the pets of domestic violence survivors until they get "back on their feet" in a safe, non-abusive environment.

During the holidays, our veterinary and boarding partners’ facilities understandably tend to fill up with reservations made months in advance. We are seeking short-term foster homes that can help house:

• Pets whose fosters will be traveling for the holidays.
• Pets at facilities that could only reserve their space until the holiday rush.
• Pets who escape domestic violence with their human during the holidays.
