Position Overview

Advisor Expectations & Contribution

Board Advisors at TSW Network™ are expected to actively contribute to the organization’s growth through relationship-building, strategic introductions, and resource development.

Role Overview:

This role is action-oriented and results-driven. Advisors are expected to contribute through access, connections, and strategic relationship-building to support TSW’s mission and growth.

Board Advisors are expected to:

• Open doors by making warm introductions to potential sponsors, partners, donors, and aligned organizations
• Actively connect TSW to opportunities that support funding, visibility, and expansion
• Leverage their network to create meaningful access and conversations for TSW leadership
• Support partnership development efforts, including identifying and facilitating new relationships
• Participate in key conversations that move initiatives forward (not just observe, but engage)
• Represent TSW Network in a way that strengthens credibility, alignment, and reach
• Term: 6 months
• Time Commitment: 1 monthly advisory meeting + strategic engagement as needed

While outcomes may vary depending on each Advisor’s network and capacity, consistent effort to make introductions, facilitate conversations, and create opportunities is expected throughout the 6-month term.
