Pet Therapy - Hospice Patient Visits

We are looking for established, and/or new, Pet Therapy Teams, that have Bright & Beautiful, Alliance of Therapy Dogs or Therapy Dogs International, certification, to join our pool of Hospice Volunteers, providing hospice patients, and/or their families, with extra attention when on our service.

If you have a Pet Therapy Animal, I don't need to tell you the power that their visits have.

We are looking for Teams who can visit weekly, or every-other-week, to patients under our care, mostly who are in a nursing facility and have long been without constant canine contact.

I wish Hospice Volunteering onboarding was a snap, but it is a process... But really just for the human team member.
