About the Role

We are seeking a Payment FinTech Volunteer to support the development and optimization of digital payment solutions. This role is ideal for individuals interested in financial technology, digital wallets, payment gateways, compliance, and transaction systems.

You will work closely with product, engineering, and operations teams to help improve payment workflows, security, and user experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in designing and improving digital payment flows
• Support integration of payment gateways and APIs
• Help monitor transaction performance and identify issues
• Conduct research on emerging payment technologies and trends
• Assist with fraud detection analysis and risk monitoring
• Document payment processes, compliance requirements, and system updates
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve user experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Background or strong interest in FinTech, Finance, Computer Science, or related fields
• Basic understanding of digital payments (cards, wallets, ACH, crypto, etc.)
• Familiarity with APIs and basic system integrations
• Knowledge of security best practices and data protection principles
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
