Position Summary

We are seeking a motivated student intern to support our research efforts on leadership, personal development, and social impact. The intern will assist with survey design, data collection, analysis, and reporting. This position offers valuable experience in applied research, program development, and social impact strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with the design and administration of surveys on leadership and personal development.
• Collect and analyze qualitative and quantitative data.
• Conduct literature reviews and support ongoing research initiatives.
• Help prepare reports and presentations summarizing findings.
• Collaborate with team members on projects related to leadership education and social impact programming.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program in psychology, sociology, business/management, education, political science, social sciences, or a related field.
• Strong interest in leadership development, personal growth, and social impact.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of research methods and data analysis (qualitative and/or quantitative).
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently and collaboratively.
