    Description Of the Role:

    The Graphic Designer will be an integral part of the marketing team, responsible for creating visually compelling designs that align with brand identity and campaign goals. This role involves producing a wide range of digital and print materials, including social media graphics, web assets, brochures, and infographics. The ideal candidate has a strong eye for design, a deep understanding of visual storytelling, and the ability to bring creative concepts to life across various platforms. Working closely with marketing strategists and content creators, the designer ensures consistency, quality, and innovation in every project. This flexible, part-time position is perfect for a detail-oriented, collaborative creative who thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Create visual designs for digital and print marketing materials (brochures, social media graphics, website assets)
    • Develop brand-consistent graphics for campaigns, advertisements, and promotional materials
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to translate concepts into compelling visual designs
    • Design infographics, presentations, and multimedia content
    • Maintain and expand company brand guidelines and visual identity
    • Optimize graphics for various platforms and formats (web, mobile, print)

    Required Experience/Skills:

    • > Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field (or equivalent portfolio experience)
    • > Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
    • > Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory
    • > Experience with both digital and print design
    • > Knowledge of current design trends and best practices
    • > Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects

    Good to have, not required:

    • > Adobe Certified Expert (ACE) credentials
    • > Experience with motion graphics and basic video editing
    • > Knowledge of web design principles and basic HTML/CSS
    • > Experience with brand identity development

    Desired Years of Experience: 1-2 years in a graphic design role

    Tools or Platforms the role will use:

    • > Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Canva)
    • > Canva Pro for quick social media assets
    • > Figma for web-based design collaboration
    • > Google Drive for file sharing and collaboration
    • > Brand asset management platforms

    Time Commitment: Flexible, 15-20 Hours per week
