    BGBCN National Coordinator

    Organization: Bots Give Back Collegiate Network (BGBCN)

    Location: Remote (with flexible hours)

    Commitment: 8–12 hours per week

    Type: Volunteer Leadership Position

    About Us

    The Bots Give Back Collegiate Network (BGBCN) is the philanthropic arm of Bots & Brains Insights. We are a student-powered national movement that equips underfunded nonprofits with AI fundraising tools by mobilizing chapters on college campuses across the country. Our motto: Lead Locally.     Position Overview

    We are seeking a passionate, organized, and visionary National Coordinator to lead BGBCN’s national recruitment strategy. This position will manage a team of National Recruiters, ensure consistency in outreach, and serve as the key point of contact between the recruitment team and the BGBCN National Headquarters.

    This is an exciting leadership opportunity to shape the growth of a nationwide student movement while gaining valuable nonprofit management and team leadership experience.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Oversee and manage a team of BGBCN National Recruiters.
    • Develop recruitment strategies and goals to expand Affiliates and Chapters across the country.
    • Provide training, mentorship, and weekly check-ins for recruiters.
    • Track recruitment pipelines, applications, and progress metrics.
    • Serve as the liaison between recruiters, Regional Representatives, and BGBCN National HQ.
    • Report directly to the BGBCN Founder/National Office on outcomes and challenges.
    • Represent BGBCN at virtual events, student leadership fairs, and partner meetings when appropriate.

    Qualifications

    • Current or recent college student, graduate student, or early-career professional.
    • Strong leadership and team management skills.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication.
    • Comfortable with outreach, presentations, and relationship-building.
    • Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple priorities.
    • Passionate about philanthropy, nonprofit innovation, and student leadership.
    • Experience in recruitment, student government, or nonprofit leadership preferred (but not required).
