Volunteer with Pierce Conservation District and the City of Tacoma from 9 AM - 12 PM on Saturday, January 10th, at Wapato Hills in Tacoma. Activities will include caring for existing plants, clearing brush, and removing invasive plant species such as Himalayan blackberry and thistle. This important work supports water quality, our local wildlife and pollinators, and the restoration of prairie oak habitat. Exact meeting location will be provided after signing up.
