Join the 17th Annual Cleveland Asian Festival on Sat. May 16th and Sun. May 17th from 11am-7pm in AsiaTown! Located on East 27th and Payne Ave, the festival boasts 40,000-45,000 attendees annually bringing in delicious Asian foods, international vendors, and community partners that make Cleveland great. Volunteers are needed during both festival days as well as setup on Friday, May 15th with tasks like setting up tables/chairs, helping with the festival's sustainability efforts, and ushering performers/audience members, no special skills required. Register before May 11th to attend one of our two mandatory volunteer orientation sessions:
(1) In-Person Option - Sat. May 9th, 3-4pm @ 2999 Payne Ave (festival grounds) or
(2) Virtual Option - Mon. May 11th, 7-8pm.
Volunteers receive free food vouchers, a free volunteer t-shirt (while supplies last), and an invitation to a volunteer reception dinner after the festival.

Public Parking is available at Cleveland State University lots day-of, follow signage to get to the festival-- shuttles are available from parking to the festival grounds. Volunteers that arrive before the festival begins may receive Special Lot, or Staff Lot parking permits.
