Friendly Visitor- volunteers visit patients

Hello! Heartland Hospice is looking for volunteers to join our volunteer program. We're seeking empathetic volunteers who are interested in spending quality time with patients, engaging in conversation, and offering caregiver and family relief. We can create a personalized volunteer experience together; your impact starts now!

Location: Bay County (at private homes or facilities).

Due to the sensitive nature of our business, volunteers are held to the expectations as our employees. Volunteers do not provide hands on care. We requirements all volunteer to have background check, drug screening, TB test, fingerprinting, and orientation. Volunteers are not responsible for onboarding expenses.

• All training and education necessary is provided.
• Annual training required.
