Spread Cheer & Be a Hospice Volunteer

Ascend Hospice is offering volunteer opportunities for compassionate, empathetic individuals who want to enhance their lives by giving their time to others in their community. Volunteers can make friendly visits to a patient, make crafts for patients and families, and assist our office staff. Ascend Hospice also utilizes the gifts and talents of alternative practitioners, such as massage therapists, reiki therapists, pet therapists and music therapists. Volunteers receive extensive training; hours range from one to two hours per week and a commitment of one year.
