We have a specific need for a volunteer in the Lancaster area, the patient currently speaks only Spanish, but family speaks both Spanish and English. The need is for someone that can come sit with the patient once a week, for caregiver to run errands, go to appointments, and companionship.
The volunteer will have to apply and interview, run a background check and Orientation, but can be ready to go as soon as you can complete the paperwork. Usually in a week or so. This is a current need, so we would like to utilize someone quickly.

Once you contact me, I will send you the application, we will meet for an interview. Then there is at home Orientation (at your pace), drug testing, TB test, and background check (all paid for by our company). We would meet a second time for 1-2 hours to discuss all HR information regarding Volunteer position. At that time, I will need your Driver's license and proof of Auto Insurance. This position requires own transportation, due to HIPAA regulations. You will be given material regarding how to document your visits and some extra paperwork to help with visits.
