What You'll Do

• Manage and grow our presence across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Create and schedule content that reflects our voice and mission
• Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing programs and events
• Support outreach to participants, partners, and community members
• Track program data, metrics, and outcomes to improve both content and programs
• Collaborate with the Creative Design intern and program staff on aligned messaging

What We're Looking For

• Passion for storytelling, community building, and social impact
• Familiarity with major social platforms and content creation tools (Canva, CapCut, etc.)
• Strong communicator who is organized, reliable, and a self-starter
• Comfortable wearing multiple hats in a growing organization
• Commitment to equity, youth development, and mission-driven work
