Reliable internet, phone and computer are needed for this role. Desire to support the American Red Cross humanitarian mission through assisting with event coordination to bring awareness to the community, veterans, military members and their families
Descripción
This position supports the Regional Service to the Armed Forces department. Assist with programs such as Military Stand-downs, Yellow Ribbon Events, Parades, Runs and other similar SAF Programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Willingness to support the mission of the Red Cross
- Provide coordination and logistics as needed for special events
- Duties vary based on task or project

SAF Program Leads; Job specific supervisor; other volunteers

Qualifications
- Desire to work in the community
- Ability to show initiative, communicate and work well with others
- Work with diverse populations
- Flexible; easily adapt to surroundings and tasks
- Ability to interact effectively with culturally diverse audiences
- Willingness to comply with current public health and Red Cross policies.
