Volunteer for Companionship

Gentiva Hospice is looking for individuals with a friendly face and a kind heart! Most of our patients are not able to get out of their homes and struggle with loneliness and boredom. Having a committed visitor come to talk with them a few times a month can really lift their spirits and bring happiness and hope! This is an amazing and rewarding opportunity to help support terminally ill patients and their families during a difficult time in their life. The time commitment is very flexible, and we will provide you with the training that you need! Background checks and additional screening required.
