Descripción
Our Southlake Area patients need YOU! Become a patient companion volunteer providing companionship, active listening, reading or other activities with our Southlake area hospice patients. This is a very rewarding opportunity to support the patient and their family at this juncture of their life journey.
Requirements; A commitment to visit assigned patient(s) a minimum of 2-4 times per month. You choose the number of patients you are able to take on and the location of those patients.
Orientation & Training provided at no charge to the volunteer.
