The Content Creation Director, reporting directly to the Executive Director, Assistant Directors, and Marketing Director, leads the organization’s digital presence and creative strategy. This role is responsible for overseeing content development, managing social media platforms, and ensuring consistent, engaging messaging that aligns with the organization’s brand, values, and mission.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, Digital Media, Journalism, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- Strong experience managing and growing social media platforms, especially Instagram and TikTok.
- Proven ability to create engaging content (reels, short-form video, graphics, captions, campaigns).
- Understanding of social media trends, analytics, and audience engagement strategies.
- Experience using content creation tools (Canva, Adobe Suite, CapCut, etc.) is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills and creative storytelling ability.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills; ability to manage content calendars and collaborate with teams.
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and adapt quickly to trends.
