A Friendly Volunteer Visit Makes a Difference for home patients- VITAS Healthcare-St. Louis, MO 63132

Volunteers are critically important for visiting patients at the end of life that do not have family or friends that regularly visit. VITAS Healthcare is looking for Patient Care Volunteers to visit patients residing in their own homes to increase socialization, provide pampering and comfort. Volunteers offer companionship, play music and games, read to patients, share hobbies and help in other meaningful ways. They provide specific, non-medical care through friendly visits.
