We Need Knitters and Crocheters!

We are in need of volunteers with wonderful knitting and crocheting skills for our We Honor Veterans program. Volunteer knitters and crocheters create lap blankets for our hospice patients who are Veterans. The lap blankets are presented to our Veteran patients during Veteran ceremonies, which provides the opportunity to thank our Veteran patients for their service. Our Veteran patients love receiving these hand-made knit and crocheted gifts. You will be creating a touching memento for our Veteran patients and their family members that they can cherish for a lifetime. We can provide yarn for lap blankets to be made.
