New Pathways for Youth invites you to be part of something truly transformative! Join us in our inspiring mentorship opportunity at Phoenix high schools through the Level Up Academy program. This dynamic course empowers at-risk youth to cultivate the skills and mindsets essential for success in high school and beyond.

As a mentor, you’ll have the chance to ignite the dreams of young minds, helping them discover their passions and set meaningful, attainable goals. In this small group setting, you’ll provide the guidance and support these students need to navigate their unique paths, fostering their growth and resilience.

Led by dedicated facilitators, each Academy class is a journey of discovery, featuring engaging discussions, thought-provoking activities, and reflective practices. Together, we can create a ripple effect of positive change, inspiring the next generation to reach their fullest potential.
