Leading Ladies 4 Life empowers girls and young women through mentorship, leadership development, and community engagement—equipping them with the confidence, skills, and support they need to thrive in every stage of life.

We are looking for dedicated individuals committed to advancing our mission and shaping the future of our organization. Ideal candidates bring experience in nonprofit leadership, youth development, fundraising, finance, community partnerships, or strategic planning. Most importantly, board members should share a deep passion for empowering the next generation of young women.
