Social Media & Digital Marketing Volunteer

Teen Time Outreach is seeking a creative and passionate Social Media & Digital Marketing Volunteer to help increase community awareness, engagement, and support for our youth programs. This volunteer will assist with creating content, promoting events, sharing success stories, and growing our online presence across multiple platforms.

Responsibilities

• Create and schedule social media posts for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Develop engaging content including graphics, videos, reels, and stories.
• Promote programs, events, volunteer opportunities, and fundraising campaigns.
• Monitor social media engagement and respond to messages when appropriate.
• Assist with creating newsletters, flyers, and marketing materials.
• Help maintain a consistent brand image and voice.
• Research trends and recommend strategies to increase reach and engagement.
• Collaborate with staff to highlight youth achievements and community impact.

Qualifications

• Interest in social media, marketing, communications, or nonprofit work.
• Familiarity with social media platforms.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Creativity and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Experience with Canva, Adobe Express, or similar design tools is preferred but not required.
