Discuto is a new platform dedicated to improving public discourse. Our mission is simple: create a place where people can discuss important topics, understand different perspectives, and engage in civil, thoughtful conversations.

We're looking for a volunteer who is passionate about community building, social media, and helping grow a grassroots movement focused on better conversations.

What You'll Do

• Help grow Discuto's presence on social media platforms
• Share content and discussion topics with relevant communities
• Engage with users and encourage participation
• Identify opportunities to reach new audiences
• Help brainstorm marketing and growth strategies
• Suggest discussion topics and community initiatives
• Provide feedback on the platform and user experience

What We're Looking For

• Strong written communication skills
• Interest in social media, marketing, or community engagement
• Belief that respectful discussion and understanding matter
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
• Creative thinker who enjoys trying new ideas

No formal marketing experience is required. Enthusiasm, initiative, and alignment with the mission are more important than a resume.
