Make a Meaningful Difference—Volunteer with Sanctuary Hospice

Are you a people person with a heart for helping others? Sanctuary Hospice is seeking friendly, compassionate volunteers to support our Des Plaines Office with administrative and clerical tasks that make a real impact on patients and families.

Volunteer responsibilities may include:

• Assembling admission packets
• Preparing volunteer training materials
• Supporting community outreach, networking, and marketing efforts
• Assisting with the volunteer newsletter
• General office organization and data entry
• Preparing mailings for patients and bereaved families

Requirements:

• Completed volunteer application
• Online Volunteer Training
• Background check
• Drug screening
• TB test
• Volunteer Orientation

Time Commitment: Approximately 4 hours per week

Available Hours: Monday–Friday between 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.
