Are you 18+ and looking for a personal 1:1 volunteer opportunity? I invite you to join our Partners in Change (PIC) community and become a trained volunteer life coach. This personal and powerful program trains volunteers like you to serve as 1:1 coaches to adults from under-resourced communities who are pursuing new goals in their lives.
PIC's coaching model leans into the power of Relational Change - the growth and mutual benefit that results from Coaches and Members (those being coached) creating an honest and trusting relationship together. Through weekly conversations over one year, PIC Coaches encourage long-term, transformational growth through support of their Member’s own problem-solving and goal-setting skills.
All trainings and coaching conversations are virtual. We serve Atlanta adults but have volunteers from throughout the eastern U.S.
