Uncorked Wine Event - Volunteers Needed!

About the Event

Local wineries and vintners give out tastings of their products. As a volunteer, you'll help pour wine, check wristbands, and hand out glasses. The event is not open to the public. Each volunteer will be responsible for their assigned task and will help keep the event space clean and safe for everyone.

Volunteer Responsibilities

• Check in at the Volunteer Check-In Station
• Hand out wine glasses and other promotional items as needed
• Scan tickets using an electronic scanning device
• Wristband attendees upon entry
• Pour wine for guests (by the glass or from a bottle)
• Light cleaning and wiping down table surfaces during the event
• Carry or transport items between locations by hand or handcart as needed

Volunteer Perks

1 complimentary meal and up to 2 OCSC game tickets for that night's game.

You must request game tickets by email before event day and wait until after Uncorked to attend the game. Ticket request instructions will be provided upon confirmation.

Requirements

• 21+ years of age
• Flexible and willing to assist with a variety of tasks
• Able-bodied, with ability to bend, stoop, and lift 5–15 lbs
• Able to stand for approximately 5 hours
