Veteran to Veteran Visiting

Gentiva Hospice is looking for those who are Veteran affiliated. We have an opportunity for YOU to connect and provide a safe space for fellow veterans and to foster a sense of community. Veteran patients who live in facility settings may not have the opportunity to connect with their fellow vets at their American Legion's. Gentiva Hospice wants to bring the community to them at their facility throughout the Twin Cities Area.

Please help us recognize those that have allowed us the freedom that we enjoy today. Many of our patients have served in Vietnam, Korea or WWII and would like to share their stories with other service members that understand. Some of these heroes like to have ongoing visits as well.
