Descripción
At Neighborhood Health Clinic, volunteers bring hope and healing to hardworking, uninsured adults in Collier County. As a Front Desk Assistant, you’re the first friendly face patients see, and you help every visit start with warmth and respect.
Assistants greet patients and visitors, answer phones, check in patients, escort patients to Clinic areas, and help manage appointments. Bilingual assistants are especially valued and also help with follow-up phone calls.
Volunteers who keep a regular schedule get to know our patients and team, and become a welcoming, familiar presence at the Clinic. Shifts can be weekly, every other week, or monthly.
Shifts (in person at the Clinic)
- Morning: 8:45 AM – 12:00 PM ET
- Afternoon: 12:45 – 4:15 PM ET
