Chapter Lead

The Chapter Lead – Kenya is responsible for establishing and growing the FoundHer community within Kenya. This role serves as the local face of FoundHer, driving community engagement, partnerships, and program execution within the region.

The Chapter Lead ensures that FoundHer’s vision is translated into meaningful, high-quality experiences for female founders locally, while aligning with the broader organizational strategy

Build and grow the FoundHer Kenya community through consistent engagement and outreach

Plan and execute local events, meetups, and programs aligned with FoundHer’s mission

Identify and manage partnerships with local ecosystem players, organizations, and sponsors

Represent FoundHer within the Kenyan startup and business ecosystem

Collaborate with the central team to ensure alignment across programs and initiatives

Recruit and manage local volunteers to support chapter activities

Gather insights from the community to inform program development and strategy
