Descripción
We are looking for an experienced, passionate, and dedicated OJT Food Service Instructor to guide, train, and mentor individuals looking to build practical skills for the workforce. As an OJT Instructor, you will play a vital role in bridging the gap between classroom theory and real-world application, helping trainees gain hands-on experience and confidence.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct hands-on, practical training sessions tailored to the trainees' skill levels.
- Demonstrate proper techniques, safety protocols, and industry best practices.
- Answer questions, troubleshoot challenges, and offer ongoing mentorship.
- Maintain a supportive, encouraging, and inclusive learning environment.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Proven professional experience in the relevant trade, industry, or technical field.
- Prior experience in teaching, training, mentoring, in serv safe, or coaching is a strong plus.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a passion for helping others grow.
- Patience, adaptability, and the ability to explain complex tasks clearly.
