Hospice Volunteers Needed: Circle of Care Check-in Calls

AccentCare Hospice is looking for Circle of Care volunteers to engage with our hospice community by providing a weekly check-in phone call to our home patients. Ideally, this candidate would have a clinical background with exceptional customer service experience and can allot 3-5 hours a week on Wednesday mornings. We would prefer phone calls to be made in-office at our Middlebury or Farmington locations, but are flexible if transportation is an issue.

Comprehensive volunteer orientation, health screenings, and training is required and provided free of charge. As a member of our Hospice Interdisciplinary Team, ongoing support, and education opportunities are also available.
