Provide ASL, American Sign Language, for Hospice patients

Do you want to make a difference? Give the gift of time. Become a Hospice Volunteer. Mission hospice is looking for compassionate volunteers with the ability of ASL, American sign language, that would like to assist hospice patients with ASL language needs.

Hospice volunteering is a calling. You may have had a family member on hospice or have some other experience that makes you want to give back. By volunteering, you can help meet the urgent needs of our patients and families.

Mission Hospice Patient Care volunteers do not provide hands-on care, but rather provide a variety of important services including patient companionship, caregiver relief, running errands, and delivering specialty services like massage, music, pet therapy and haircuts to our patients.
