Our mission is to solve the problem of unrepresented languages struggling to participate in a global communications network, and since 2015, we have successfully helped digitize numerous endangered languages.

Overview

We are looking for a proactive E-mail Marketing Manager volunteer to manage our email communications and ensure consistent outreach to our community of volunteers, partners, and supporters. This role focuses on maintaining and integrating email platforms, preparing mailing lists, and delivering well-designed email campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Control the integration of the e-mail service with our website and CRM.
• Upload and manage contact lists and subscriber data.
• Create and edit HTML e-mail templates (newsletters, campaigns, announcements).
• Schedule and send e-mail campaigns to different audiences (volunteers, donors, partners).
• Track open rates, click rates, and unsubscribes to improve campaign performance.
• Ensure all e-mails follow branding and style guidelines.

Ideal Skills

• Experience with email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, Brevo, or CiviCRM).
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for e-mail templates.
• Strong attention to detail with formatting and data accuracy.
• Ability to segment audiences and tailor content.
• Interest in nonprofit communication and digital inclusion.
