AccentCare Hospice is seeking compassionate volunteers to provide direct support and companionship to patients receiving end-of-life care. This is a deeply rewarding opportunity to bring comfort, dignity, and human connection to individuals and families during one of life’s most important journeys.

🤝 What You’ll Do

As a Direct Patient Volunteer, you may:

• Offer friendly conversation and companionship
• Read aloud, play music, or share quiet presence
• Participate in light activities (games, crafts, memory sharing)
• Provide caregiver relief so loved ones can rest or run errands
• Support legacy projects (letters, memory books, storytelling)
• Engage in spiritual or calming practices if welcomed (prayer, reflection, aromatherapy)

No clinical or hands-on medical care is required—just your presence and compassion.

• Age 15+ (parental consent required for minors)
