Coffee & Snacks Coordinator for veterans at VA

Do you love creating moments of connection through coffee and snacks? Soldiers’ Angels is looking for a dedicated Coffee & Snacks Coordinator to help lead our morale-boosting efforts for local veterans and military personnel.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys event planning, community engagement, and making people feel appreciated. You’ll take the lead on organizing weekly coffee-and-snack gatherings at VA facilities or community events-ensuring refreshments are delivered or served, and that the atmosphere is welcoming and supportive.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with VA staff and Soldiers' Angels team to plan coffee/snack dates
• Organize donations or shopping for coffee, water, snacks, and supplies
• Recruit and guide Coffee & Snacks Volunteers
• Set up and clean up for each event
• Capture photos/stories to share impact

You’re a great fit if you:

• Are organized, outgoing, and reliable
• Can lift up to 25 lbs and are comfortable standing during events
• Enjoy working with veterans and volunteers
• Can commit to at least 3-6 months
