Role Summary (Neon/Idealist)
InclusiVibe Foundation is seeking a Podcast Producer to help relaunch and sustain our StoryLab audio work—turning recorded conversations into polished, accessible episodes. This role owns the episode pipeline so the podcast moves from “recorded” to “published” reliably and respectfully.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the episode workflow: scheduling support → recording logistics → editing → transcript/captions → show notes → publishing.
- Edit episodes for clarity and quality (basic cleanup, pacing, intro/outro integration) and ensure accessibility basics (transcript, timestamps when needed).
- Coordinate deliverables with the team (episode titles, short clips, release dates) and maintain clean file organization.
Required / Preferred Qualifications
- Comfort with audio editing tools (e.g., Descript, Audition, Reaper, GarageBand) and file management.
- Strong editorial judgment: ability to maintain a trauma-aware, patient-centered tone without sensationalizing.
- Experience producing podcasts or audio storytelling is strongly preferred; accessibility awareness is a plus.
What Success Looks Like (First 30 Days)
- Publish 1 episode (even a “simple edit” release) to re-establish momentum.
- Build a lightweight repeatable workflow checklist for future episodes.

To apply, please include:

Selected volunteers will be asked to complete a brief onboarding step and sign a Volunteer Agreement before receiving access to internal tools.
Please also include:
- One podcast or audio sample you edited/produced (or a 60–90s before/after clip).
- Your preferred editing tools (e.g., Descript, Audition, Reaper, Audacity).
- Whether you can support transcripts + show notes as part of your delivery.
