    Regional Events Coordinator

    About Bridginality

    Bridginality is a free, global platform connecting homeschooled and virtually schooled teens through clubs, leadership, and community. We’re youth-run, inclusive, and launching officially in January 2026.

    As a Regional Activities Coordinator, you're part of our Headquarters Team (10–13 members worldwide), people who lead everything behind the scenes — social media, curriculum, writing, outreach, and operations.

    This is a remote, collaborative volunteer experience that helps build real-world skills while shaping something meaningful.

    All roles are open to homeschooled, online-schooled, or non-traditional students ages 14–18.

    This is a volunteer position. Applicants must be homeschooled, virtually schooled, or in a non-traditional learning environment. Applicants must also be between 14–18 years old.

    Summary

    The Regional Activities coordinator helps design and organize club activities across Bridginality’s core categories: STEM, Creative Arts, and Civic/Life Skills. Success in this position means creating thoughtful, engaging biweekly activities that make homeschooled teens excited to participate and collaborate globally.

    Responsibilities

    • Develop detailed regional activity plans
    • Brainstorm discussion topics and challenges for clubs in a regional scope
    • Coordinate with students ensure inclusivity and fun
    • Collect and apply feedback to improve session design

    Requirements

    • Must be homeschooled or current enrolled in any non-traditional schooling program (This includes Virtual Schooling or Hybrid Schooling)
    • Must be 14-18 years of age

    Qualifications:

    • Strong organizational and planning skills
    • Interest in education, creativity, or community-building
    • Ability to communicate ideas clearly and adapt across time zones
    • Experience with curriculum, events, or clubs encouraged but not required
    • Comfortable using Google Drive, Slack, and Zoom

    Additional Details

    • Volunteer Term: Late Nov/Dec 2025 – June 2026
    • Time Commitment: 3–5 hours/week
    • Fully remote, global team
