    • Process Verification: Ensure that team leads and members are following the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) set by the foundation.
    • Feedback Loops: Provide constructive, professional feedback to departments to help them improve their output quality.
    • Consistency Management: Ensure that IHF’s branding, tone, and "Culture of Leadership" are reflected in all written materials.
    • Compliance Checks: Flag any inconsistencies or errors in data reporting before they are finalized for the Board of Directors.

    🔹 Ideal Candidate:

    • Exceptionally detail-oriented (nothing escapes your notice).
    • Strong command of written English (grammar, syntax, and professional tone).
    • Analytical mindset with the ability to spot patterns and errors.
    • Objective and professional when delivering feedback.
    • Interested in Quality Assurance, Editing, Auditing, or Project Management.

🔹 Benefits of Volunteering with IHF:

    • QA & Auditing Experience: Gain practical experience in organizational quality assurance.
    • High-Level Oversight: Get a "bird's-eye view" of how a global NGO functions across all departments.
    • Critical Thinking Development: Sharpen your ability to analyze complex documents for accuracy.
    • Certification: Receive official recognition for your role in maintaining IHF’s global excellence.
