Administrative Volunteers Needed – AdventHealth Hospice Be a Calm, Caring Voice When It Matters Most

AdventHealth Hospice is seeking compassionate and reliable volunteers to support our team with administrative tasks, including answering phones and assisting with day-to-day office needs.

Your presence helps ensure that patients, families, and caregivers feel supported from the very first call.

What Volunteers Do

• Answer incoming phone calls with warmth and professionalism
• Direct calls to appropriate team members or departments
• Assist with light administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and organizing materials
• Help maintain a welcoming and organized office environment

Flexible Scheduling & Support Provided

We offer flexible volunteer shifts and provide all necessary training and guidance so you feel confident in your role.

Shifts are 4-4.5 hours long between 8:30am and 5pm.
