Descripción
Specific Responsibilities:
- Designs the graphics and creates content for social media according to the Association’s mission
- Coordinates the Association’s social media campaigns with the social media officers from member clubs, e.g., prepares common templates, hashtags for common use,resources to share, etc.
- Posts about the Association’s events on the Association’s social media
- Promotes the activity of the member organizations on social media platforms (e.g., Instagram and Facebook)
- Responds to all requests incoming to the Association’s social media
- Informs President and Vice Presidents about all incoming communication through the social media
- Communicates with other student clubs and community groups on social media after coordinating with the President
- Resolves the issues between the Association and its members on social media, club and social media platforms
- Works with the webmaster and executive director on the website content
- Handles the Association’s calendar of events
